So bad,It was my mistake for making a wrong reservation. However, I don't appreciate the way you handled the special case. When I realized that my destination was another Lincoln, I promptly informed you. But you still didn't solve the problem for the customer. I think I won't choose your hotel in the future either. I will give you a bad review and tell other customers to make sure they choose your hotel correctly before making a reservation, otherwise, the payment cannot be refunded.

Clean comfortable accommodation with great view of the ocean and beach. Continental breakfast was very good, especially being able to take it to the room . Cookies between 5 & 7 pm were touch. Staff were friendly and helpful.
