I really liked the friendly staff and how well everything was facilitated. Also, I loved the bed! I got a 9.6 sleeping score in that bed. The convention might've had something to do with that. But still, best sleep rank so far!

This is already a strong review. A slightly polished version: Excellent location. The property is new, with spacious rooms, excellent bathrooms, and everything was exceptionally clean. The staff were fantastic throughout our stay. The location is extremely convenient—an easy walk to downtown, Old Pasadena, shopping, attractions, and plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. A special shout-out to Ms. Ramos at the front desk, who was wonderful during check-in and very helpful with advice and guidance. She was exceptionally pleasant and welcoming. Overall, a very comfortable stay in a great location, and I would happily recommend this hotel.

The staff were very friendly, to me and my friend. The staff were clear regarding check in and check out, along with answering my questions regarding food delivery services such as Uber Eats.

This was a very pleasant check-in experience. Although I arrived early, Ms. Mary still checked me in, which saved me from waiting. Thank you very much. During my stay, whenever I needed some room assistance, the front desk's responses were always prompt and they patiently solved the problems

The hotel really spoilt us and we’re so extremely grateful. Had been traveling through the States and this was towards the end of our trip. It was also my hubby’s significant birthday and they upgraded our room and gave a few birthday surprises. So kind! Great location. Beautiful hotel, comfy beds, excellent staff at reception. The hotel has the modern and fresh feeling and look. Room was always clean and the other areas as well. Breakfast was really and quite complete. Staff at the reception was really nice and very helpful.
