Everything. The customer services was superb.

We had a room with 2 double beds on the 2nd floor overlooking the driveway and pool. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a closet with hangers and a full length mirror, a bench/shelf and big desk to put our 2 suitcases, plus another big desk with the TV. The room also had a fridge, free coffee/tea and breakfast was included in the lounge by Reception. Staff were very helpful and let us store our bags before and after our check-in & check-out.

Huge space in the room with the sofa's zone. All work perfectly. The attention excellent. A lot of sockets, lighting and more.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Easy to go to the downtown by bus.

This is already a strong review. A slightly polished version: Excellent location. The property is new, with spacious rooms, excellent bathrooms, and everything was exceptionally clean. The staff were fantastic throughout our stay. The location is extremely convenient—an easy walk to downtown, Old Pasadena, shopping, attractions, and plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. A special shout-out to Ms. Ramos at the front desk, who was wonderful during check-in and very helpful with advice and guidance. She was exceptionally pleasant and welcoming. Overall, a very comfortable stay in a great location, and I would happily recommend this hotel.

Excellent staff, really helpful and supportive even at a time of high stress. Location is really good, very close to old Pasadena, but in the direction of Caltech, which worked perfectly for me. The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable.

Room was spacious. Shower and bed comfortable. Guest laundry available. Nice location and really a lot of Asian food choice nearby.
