Breakfast was good. Front desk person Von was very nice, friendly. She texted me in the morning asking if we need anything. I asked for help and she was in the room 2 minutes later. She really care for customers.

I'm 64 yrs old and this was my FIRST grownup trip by myself. The staff was amazing, helpful and didn't make me feel stupid with the questions I asked. Breakfast was wonderful, so much to choose from and all of it was good. It was so much fun watching the kids with the pancake maker. This is the first of many more trips and I will definitely stay at another Holiday Inn Express. Thank you for making this a trip to remember......
