Search hotels in Rossford

The young lady that checked us in was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The indoor pool and hot tub was lovely. They had a large breakfast room with many choices. We had a great nights stay.

Bring back hot breakfasts and stop charging the same fee as you did or more than when you used to serve hot breakfasts. This is for all hotels who list hot breakfasts on their websites but don’t follow through including Rossford! Step up the coffee/tea bar to something I can actually use and enjoy.

We were charged a $250 fee for smoking and NO ONE was smoking in the room; I asked for proof aka photos of the residue they claimed they found and they were NOT readily available to me, I was told I had to wait for the housekeeper to come in; if there are pictures not only should they be in the GM's possession BUT they should have already been sent to me to prove their case BEFORE my money was taken out of my account. Furthermore my room/party was split in to 2 rooms due to a water pipe bursting. I asked for my rooms to be together and they were on the opposite sides of the hall....NOT OKAY.

There is a lot of shopping around Rossford which is great because it kept us entertained. Otherwise, if you are looking for activities to do together besides shopping/eating... there aren't many.

No real issues that they could control..breakfast was crappy and pre packed and if the hot tub and fitness center was open i would have no complaints. They follow all safety requirements for covid very well..i felt safe for sure😁

· We checked in to a room that had not been cleaned. Both bathrooms were still dirty and we were moved to another dirty room. There were still used washcloths hanging in the bathroom. The kitchen had crumbs on the floor as well as the refrigerator smelling like old food. The kitchen area and both bathrooms has not been restocked either. We were lied to and told that the room would be given to us free of charge due to the inconvenience as Matt told us but that ended up not being true. After traveling for 9 hours with 3 small children to visit sick family members this was the last thing we wanted to deal with. The person on staff that evening also told us that this happens all the time and that he felt the house keeping staff should be fired. We were given a small discount but not nearly enough when about $700 was spent to stay in an unsanitary room. I was extremely disappointed in the non response from management staff and the lack of concern for the cleanliness of our room. We were told that management would be calling us the following week which never happened.We requested that it finally be cleaned twice and both times no house keeping staff came to clean. As some one who travels and enjoys spending time in nice hotels this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel chain. The one in maumee is much better.
