I loved the theme and cleanliness of the hotel! I think that it was very welcoming. The room was pretty simplistic, but had everything we needed and was clean and well maintained. I would stay there again for sure.

Check-in was great, staff was very friendly, location was great, it had charm to it, and our room was very clean. The use of touch controlled locks meant easier check-in/out, as there weren't any key-cards to struggle with. It's a great value accommodation and I would stay here again.

I had never heard of Sandusky, OH until we came in for the...

I had never heard of Sandusky, OH until we came in for the Iron Man Half Iron race. I didn't realize there was so much to do there. If I still had kids at home this would be a great vacation spot with so much to do in a relatively close proximity to each other. We found a quiet beach where we just hung out in the water and felt like the ocean minus the salt in my eyes. Was so peaceful. The downtown by the pier had so many food options. We simply had a really nice visit.

It's a cool place to visit .if you stay near Jefferson...

It's a cool place to visit .if you stay near Jefferson Street downtown .there's lots of bars and resturants .the paddle bar is a great place to hang out .and they have live music on weekends. The things to see are the merry go round museum 10 admission unless you senior then it's $7 alot of cool stuff and you can ride the carousel. It's fun .and visit to the Martine museum is nice It's $7 for adults the ladies there are so nice . And be sure visit put in bay .you will have to take a ferry across to island but alot of places to see.and on the island awesone place to eat is the goat resturant .and yes it's pretty easy getting around the area ,several places you can walk to .

Sandusky was a wonderful city with a beautiful location.

Sandusky was a wonderful city with a beautiful location. There are some quirky museums that we would have liked to visit but they were closed when we were in the town. Also there was nothing scheduled at the theatre during our stay. We will be back!

Such a cute city. It was a great overnight stay trip.

Such a cute city. It was a great overnight stay trip. We are from cincinnati so it was a great quick trip. Would have loved to stay and explore more. We visited the Marblehead lighthouse and Kelley’s island while we were there.

We are looking forward to returning to Sandusky next year.

We are looking forward to returning to Sandusky next year. It was a great experience at Cedar point. The drive was manageable, the stores and restaurants were stopped at were nice. We are looking forward to making more memories next time.

I was there far too briefly to be able to say anything...

I was there far too briefly to be able to say anything useful. I arrived about 9:00 p.m. and left the next morning at 7 a.m. I didn't see much of the town, except in the dark. I was happy that the grocery store was open late, because I had not eaten when I arrived.

The property is very well located in the east part of Sandusky for quick access to Cedars Point. It’s also easy to get to town centre from here as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful and kept a large group of belligerent guests in check. It’s an older property-but well kept with great large washer dryer and a nice breakfast area. WiFi worked fine and there is plenty of parking. The room was clean if basic.

The lady on the front desk was so lovely. The hotel/room was clean, rooms are a good size and very comfortable. Nothing was too much bother for the staff. The hotel smelt great as soon as we walked in. Fantastic proximity to CP for the price.
