The breakfast was waffle, cold cereal, bread for toast. Not what I expected. I'll ask what breakfast I items are available next time. A vacuum was setting in the hall from the time we checked in until we checked out.

I check out and I forgot my child's tablet. I phoned Quality Inn and they had the tablet at the front desk. Since, I had left and was not close enough to to go back. They mailed my child's tablet. Excellent customer service and honest staff.

Very nice people and the room was excellent. Breakfast was good and plenty of it. The neighborhood was clean and seemed very safe. The gazebo out front is a nice touch we ate our dinner there and visited with other guests.

Scotts Bluff National Monument is a stone throw away.
Scotts Bluff National Monument is a stone throw away. Great location for that. Good restaurants / breakfast facilities nearby. If travelling further north like we were it is ideal as a stop over.
Excellent value

This property is aged and it looked abandoned.
This property is aged and it looked abandoned. I would not stay here again. For what I paid and what I got, it was way over priced. I could have spent a little more at another property and felt safe and it would have been cleaner and nicer.

The staff at the Hotel was excellent, but the people of Scottsbluff in general were very rude, like when I greeted a person at the store or restaurant they did not reply in kind, and that was the case on everybody I came in contact with aside from friends and family, being that I was born and raised in Scottsbluff that made me feel that I'm glad I left this town several years ago, not stereotyping all the people, because I still have several friends who live in Scottsbluff who are warm and kind, just some of the locals need a lesson on manners and hospitality to visitors.

We go to Scottsbluff frequently because that is where there is a variety of medical specialists. We are senion citizens and appreciate the availability of the Drs./hospital/ etc. Scottsbluff is easy to get around in. We ate at DQ and Subway as we are on a limited income. I had surgery at the Oregon Eye center. Very pleased with that facility/Drs/nurses etc,
We liked the location, it was very clean and the stuff was nice and helpful. We absolutely loved our room was right by the pool for We had our kids and that was one of the big reasons why we stayed there was so our kids could swim. Also the kids and I loved the breakfast, the omelets were our favorite. Best hotel omelets ever!!!
The house keepers where on something and screaming and yelling at each other in the hallways and when I asked for another room got told he had non available but yet not another single car was in the parking lot. Front desk wasn't 24 hours didn't even have a lobby. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money for a better hotel!
It's the extras that stand out e.g. the happy hour in the evening, little details. Amazing breakfast, plenty of tea and coffee. We rate this #5 of 21 hotels/motels we stayed at on our road trip.
