The staff was the absolute friendliest I have ever seen in ANY holiday inn and suites. They surprised my husband for his birthday with chocolate covered strawberries and balloons and a hand written letter. They accommodated our early checkin. I have never been more pleased with our stay. It threw me for a loop with how friendly they were and thoughtful they were. I would stay here at this location again in a heart beat. Thank you so much to this location for how incredible we were treated.

I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you plan to stay here bring your own cleaning supplies because your room will not be clean. My room had a coffee pot with molded coffee in it. Floors were filthy and residue on everything. Landfills have better standards than this place.

My reservation was CANCELLED and i had to lay a higher rate . I had other family members stay at the same place and had to pay more as well We both booked different times I booked a month prior and the others a week or so No acceptable
