    Perfect for getting away. Perfect views of Lake Superior.

    Perfect for getting away. Perfect views of Lake Superior. We were there at a time that weather was just right and able to make Smores every evening at the beach. Unfortunately the breakfast options were less than optimal. A bagged breakfast with the same thing every morning. This was early June due toCOVID, hopefully back to normal by now.

    THE LOCATION IS NEAR OUR DESTINATION OF PORCUPINE MOUNTAINS, MAJORITY OF OTHER LODGING AVAILABLE WAS CAMPGROUNDS AND CABINS. THIS WAS THE ONE AND ONLY HOTEL IN THE IMMEDIATE AREA, CELL SERVICE IS NON EXSISTENT, SO HOTEL WI-FI WAS A BONUS. LOCATION IS VERY NEAR THE WATER, WHICH IS NICE. COULD NOT FIND ANY RESTAURANTS TO DINE IN, EXCEPT SMALL RESTAURANT ATTACHED TO HOTEL. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE THAT MORE ENTERTAINMENT OPTIONS IN THE AREA, SILVER CITY MAY NOT BE THE PLACE. OVERALL LOCATION WAS KEY.
