Hotel is very modern and well decorated. Room was very spacious, clean and tidy - enough room to leave our suitcases open. Breakfast was brilliant, with a Texas state shaped waffle machine which was greatly appreciated!

A beautiful and clean hotel. We didn't expect anything else. It is a Hyatt, after all. We hadn't booked breakfast, but we were allowed to have coffee/tea and use the microwave.

I didn’t have high expectations so I was blown away.

I didn’t have high expectations so I was blown away. Route 66 runs through this town, there’s a couple art pieces to see, some iconic signs/sights, but I mainly went for the canyon which was gorgeous. There’s a ton of hikes and viewpoints. The drive to The canyon is even nice, just long empty farm roads. You just have to get there early to avoid a line. There’s some traffic in the city but it’s not bad, I drove in to get food everyday, they have chipotle, five guys, and nicer places too. The city isn’t very nice, I’d avoid it as much as possible. All the sights are on the outskirts and the canyon is a 30m drive out.
