Great location, super clean, this staff could not be more friendly, the breakfast downstairs was great. included eggs, sausages, or bacon, depending on the day. He accidentally left a wallet behind and it took us two days to figure out where it was. They had the wallet at the hotel for us when they called.

The Sonesta ES Suites were wonderful. Right from the start at check-in, they made you feel welcome. The assistant GM Lisa was a pleasure to deal with. Always smiling, very helpful with a great attitude. For that matter the whole staff was the same way. The rooms were very large and comfortable and the grounds were absolutely gorgeous.

The staff were really courteous and friendly, which was very nice after an 18 hour drive. All rules were explained and I was in my room within minutes. The cleaning staff are just tremendous, truly wonderful and kind and attentive people.

They should spend more time on cleanliness and presentation of the property. It was not clean, there were cobwebs on the outter door and windows, with dead bugs in them. There were items left in the bathroom by the previous guest and cigarettes left in a cup of water on the balcony. The shower was hot and the beds were comfortable.

Westlake is a great.

Westlake is a great. (I used to live in Northern Ohio and had to come back for personal business) It was a great City when I was young 🙃and it's still a great City today. (Bonus tip: if you like chocolate visit a Malley's Chocolates, there's several locations in the area!)

A well located hotel needing refurbished.

A well located hotel needing refurbished. Nice staff but understaffed. Felt dated and tired but well located for Crocker park which has everything for a decent stay (shopping, restaurants, entertainment). Lots of safe parking and the area felt very safe.

Room smells like smoke shower hard to turn on burn holes in blankets water was brown when turned on breakfast was soggy waffles and cereal for 150.00 for 2 rooms deff. Could have been better wouldn't recommend unless ur in a major pinch and it's ur only option

It was clean, the people were great, and the breakfast was good. The property is being renovated currently. That caused a few problems. However, this should be a good property to stay at once the renovation is finished.

We have stayed in this hotel several times.

We have stayed in this hotel several times. The quiet location, but with lots of restaurants and shopping just around the corner, is ideal for us. We especially like to sit on the patio and enjoy the quiet while we have breakfast in the summer months. The breakfast is very good with plenty of well prepared selections. The ladies serving breakfast are friendly and helpful. The pool area is clean and well maintained and looks like so much fun for children.

It is a typical airport-like hotel. It has nothing worth mentioning about the room or the hotel. The breakfast is good! The staff at breakfast is lovely. The location was only good for us because we were visiting family at Westlake.
