Everything was beyond perfect! This was the best hotel we ever stayed at. From the moment we entered, the staff were all so friendly, welcoming and warmhearted, we were able to relax and unwind immediately. The room was amazing, with a superb view over the beach, mountains and jungle. Extremely comfortable bed and great bathroom. The rooftop bar and pool were also very inviting, pure pleasure. I am a huge sauna fan, so it was a bonus for me that the sauna was included in our room rate. The ground pool and sunbeds were also fantastic, very comfortable. The pool zone was very tastefully decorated and the flowerbeds and trees were a delight. The Indochine Restaurant (breakfast, ground floor) has the most amazing terrace. I could spend all day there relaxing, reading, listening to the waves and watching the beach below. I will never forget how I felt there. We've had a medical problem during our stay, and the hotel staff were beyond helpful! They acted immediately and helped us through, they accompanied us to a doctor, translated everything for us, and made us feel safe and reassured. Words cannot describe how thankful I am. I will never forget this experience!
