I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were professional, attentive, and always willing to assist with a positive attitude. The room was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. I especially appreciated the hotel's elegant nature-inspired decor, which created a calm and luxurious atmosphere. I truly appreciate the excellent service and look forward to returning on my next visit.

Genuinely fell in love with this hotel and the surrounding views and areas. Not only was the outside of the hotel amazing but so was the inside and most importantly the rooms! The size of my room and the balcony exceeded all my expectations, it was grand and so beautiful. The staff were so accommodating and lovely, I honestly don't have one bad word to say about this place. Highly recommend for anyone travelling to Hai Phong.
