Everything was perfect! We only stayed for a night after doing the Cao Bang loop and we were very tired so it was perfect for resting. Beautiful, very comfortable and most of all, it was quiet and we could have a great sleep. We booked a lake view room, but even so, the location is not as busy as the center might be and it was great. Breakfast was rich and delicious too, the staff were very nice and kind so we highly recommended this hotel, it was perfect!

We loved the architecture and design; our room was huge with both a shower and a tub, ambient lighting, bedside lamps, and view. Staff was gracious and helpful. We loved the huge sunlit pool, and the large well equipped fitness room. The breakfast buffet was great with a coffee machine to get whatever type of coffee we wanted. We ended up loving the town, despite finding no decent restaurants ( lots of coffee culture on display): wide clean boulevards, riverside paths and lots of greenery. There was even a mall attached where we found toiletries and groceries. All the kids wanted to speak English with us. We sat on the benches outside the hotel and watched the works go by! And we loved the western food at the restaurant!

The hotel was great. Lovely room and great facilities but spoilt for me by the location near a bar or karaoke lounge that played thumping bass music until 2am. I found it difficult to get to asleep but others may not find this a problem. Even more disappointing as I had asked for a quiet room.Shame because the hotel is so good and staff are so friendly and helpful. I only stayed one night so maybe the music was just a one off?

Great hotel in Lang Son city with amazing view and very clean facilities. The staff was very welcoming. I enjoyed the free laundry offer as well. Overall, I was very happy with the stay.
