Great location, room very spacious clean and comfortable .

The honesty of the staff. The friendly that they were to me. I arrived earlier than 2pm.lnfornthe check-in but they managed to accommodate me. Then by any other mistake I forgot my other phone and didn't realize for lets say 5 hours and when I came back they came to me and asked if that phone was mine cos it was somewhere written in Portuguese. And I just unlocked with my finger print 🐾. I was so thankful. The next day, I checked out around 7h55 and I forgot my laptop inside the room. And they noticed around 10h50. They called me and I was on my queue to board back to JNB, I asked if they could find an Uber and check if they could be within 20 mins cos the boarding would be 45 mins and yes they managed to help with that. And I checked in lets say 10 mins to board. They were amazing, specially the lady at the coffee ☕ area and the cuisine chef. Happy ending with them.

The room was clean. The linen on the bed and the towels in the bathroom were very clean. The room was cleaned everyday. Enjoyed that l could use my login details on the smart TV, l could easily watch my Netflix and Showmax. The front office staff was kind and helpful and always greeted me by name when l passed them.

It’s perfectly located, the views from my room were great and the services were fast and efficient

We have been here now several times already. It is always great to come back as it's the perfect place to relax. Rooms are very comfortable and the whole staff is competent and friendly.

Everything! It was the best breakfast buffet I've ever experienced in a hotel, absolutely fantastic. The fresh fruit, the cheese selection, and the different breads, everything was amazing and delicious. The menu has the most scrumptious breakfasts you could wish for, it was heavenly.

Excellent staff and beautiful property. The food in both restaurants was outstanding.

The aesthetics, the friendliness of the staff, the convenience of the villa, the amazing massages and treatments of the Spa, the pool, the gardens, the wonderful breakfast… Felt like home away from home!

Good English breakfast and closer to everything. Staff was good and sociable.

This is a superb boutique hotel with panoramic views of the area. The staff and service levels are exceptional. Breakfast is delicious served some days by either Bridget or Precious who are super friendly. Justine heads up an amazing crew, including Timeez, Angelique and Lizaine. Dinner is well worth having not only for the views of sunset but the food is really top notch. Very convenient to Camps Bay nestled in one of the higher streets.

Im hard to please but this accommodation had all I’m looking for in a place! The breakfast was outerwordly and the hospitality and friendliness unparalleled to anything we ever had in a place. Extras like the sauna and a little gym were another treat we loved to use! Thank you!
