The location, the views and the proximity amenities. The stuff were very helpful, in fact the first day I landed at Cape Town my debit card was swallowed by the ATM and one of the stuff agreed to pay for my Uber as I had no money and I was to refund later. I was welcomed well, I stayed for five days and the stay was great. Daily house cleaning, communal kitchen that saves you money if you’re on a budget, the area is quiet yet you have everything you need around you including a mall and a train station. In fact I booked the residence because of all my choices, it’s the one that had the least negative remarks.

The breakfast was good no comments I had a very great time,and nothing more to say.

They offer a nice breakfast buffet and cook to the order in addition. The dinner is served in a nice atmosphere and guest can chose from a variety of dishes. Service was always and by anybody very good.

The extreme friendliness of the staff. They were so kind to us and our kids, making us feel very welcome. Thank you! The quality of the restaurant. Excellent dining.

Everything. The location is lovely, calm and with an incredible view upon the bay. The breakfast is very nice, it may not look a lot at first but everything is done to avoid as much waste as possible, so if you still need something or are hungry, just ask the staff and you will get it in no time. The place is calm, the breakfast room is quiet and very beautiful. The pool is also very good, shallow at the beginning for you GS kids and deep at the end (1.9 m or more) perfect for adults. Bedrooms are spacious, bathrooms too and very clean. And don't forget about the shower gel and shampoo that smell delightful but not strong. Ho and alongside the path, lavender, mint, rosemary and other plants are growing making the garden smelling good. Everyone is kind, lovely, always trying to help. We had an amazing stay and are very sad we had to leave. Highly highly recommend it!!!!

The most incredible place. Everything was wonderfull and the staff was one of the best things about this place. It is a home away from home. As a solo traveller I loved the long dining table were you meet the other guests. Also joined the chef collecting Greens from garden and help with cocking. That was again a very hommy feeling.

Everything! A small luxury boutique hotel with a cosy and intimate feel. Super friendly staff and a fantastic location overlooking Cape Town and the sea!
