1. The friendly staff, at reception, the maintenance man, the security guard and at the restaurant.
2. The breakfast, sadly it did not have a cappuccino;
3. The location is very convenient;
4. The executive suit was great, but could have had more cupboard space, more plugs, and a larger bar fridge. Maintenance really needs to improve: the TV remote was only switching on/off, the maintenance man sent through confirmed the buttons were no longer working; the shower outlet was clogged, water damming up.

Mthatha is my hometown, therefore, I will always recommend...
Mthatha is my hometown, therefore, I will always recommend Mthatha to increase Mthatha's economy. Mthatha will always be the best town for me, and I will appreciate every effort and change made, unfortunately we are unable to attracts tourists because Mthatha is not coastal.

Mthatha is a beautiful town filled with warm and friendly people. I stayed at the Garden Court, and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel is exquisite with friendly staff, and I look forward to visiting Mthatha again in the future.

The room is spacious, neat and clean.
Unfortunately the bathroom water didn't heat up well enough. It was look warm during my showers and coffee things ran short, not filled up.
Accommodation is closer to town, there are cabs.

Mthatha is a very diverse city; it has wealthy areas and of course, very poor areas. There are some nice restaurants and shops in Mthatha. It is a very crowded city and it always sad for me to see the amount of stray and homeless dogs running around the city, foraging for food. I usually dread driving through Mthatha because of this, but in some instances, it is the quickest route home.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the shops. I really enjoyed the modern design of the executive room and the excellent breakfast. I will definitely stay there again whenever I am in Umtata.
