Nice room, clean, beautiful view from 11th floor. Staff very helpful.

Location and proximity where the entrance of the hotel, was within a shopping mall blew my mind with excitement and convenience (it was a first for us) but everything was right there to shop for and buy, including the fact that we could walk to the venue of the event we were attending and also including a medical practice which we used to get a script for medication and got it from the pharmacy which was literally within a few steps of walking. Our car was parked in the parking lot, for our entire stay. From arrival, checking in to checking out the entire staff throughout rendered amazing, excellent and most importantly, professional services (from the dayshift to the nightshift staff, including your outsourced security guards) The buffet breakfast had an wesome variety and tasted really good and the amazing supper menu blew us away. Superior variety of quality good food for the prices were acceptional as what one would expect from an a la carte menu. From starters to mains the food was well presented and tasted very good. Unfortunately we had no space for dessert but we will definitely try it next time. (I'm a foodie so I know good/excellent food) we even sent messages of compliments to the chefs, for a job well done. And the wonderful part, we could see the restaurant was jam packet on Saturday evening but the staff handled it well, we observed everything. From the front desk, everyone was so busy but then ALL hands were on deck to help assist each other but still the service was spot on and they did not compromise on the service, nor compromising on the quality of food we ordered. It was delicious, a 10 out of 10 Oh and the view from our room was perfect, both day and night, so selecting our room was perfect, even the cleaning service of our suite was done perfect during our stay. So thank you to all of them. They are thorough when it comes to cleaning.

Warm welcome, safety & the place is so quiet also staff respond to everything u request, good manner. The pool were always clean.

The first night we had a bit of a whoopsie with our meal. BUT the action of both hotel and restaurant staff to apologize and correct the issue was beyond perfect. Problems happen but the measure is how they are corrected that counts. We were particularly impressed with the level of training given to staff at every level The interns and trainees were not treated as cheap labour or a nuisance but were being patiently shown how the job should be done. The Drosty should be used as the example of how training should and can be done. They work with the South African College for Tourism

The room was big and spacious with comfortable bed

We love the Kelway, it always feels like we're on holiday when we arrive. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff is second to none. Would recommend everyone who is looking for a getaway that feels like home to stay at the Kelway.

Weather was beautiful. We had a challenge in the 1st room but we're immediately allocated a new one.

The family room was great. We had hot water in the shower. There is also an air-conditioning for heating, but we haven't used it. In the winter, the rooms are quite warm. We ate there once, and it was delicious. I highly recommend staying at My Pond.

Excellent breakfast All staff in the dining hall were friendly and helpful. Athi always provided 5* service, thank you. The beach access was excellent and such a beautiful view.
