Lovely condo next to European Area is located in Brussels, just a 14-minute walk from Notre Dame du Sablon and 0.8 miles from Mont des Arts. Attentive and helpful staff, good location, small but clean and well equipt appartmemt. Good for business trip, near European area.

Condo offers accommodations in a renovated factory only a 10-minute walk from Brussels North Railway Station, in the Schaerbeek district. It features a garden and a terrace with barbecue facilities. Although the location is a bit iffy, the place is very comfortable with friendly staff. The manager (cannot remember his name!) was amazing, he actually waited for us to give us the keys! I have no idea why there are bad write ups about this place, we stayed for one night and everything was just fine!
