The house is located at a safe area. There are 16 CCTVs and the subdivision is quite hidden. It’s not that easy to find it. The rooms, bedsheets and towels were very clean. Except maybe some of the dishes still had stains on them from the previous guests. The place was very well equipped with everything that you need. There’s a fridge in a separate area indoors, in which you can grab all types of drinks. (They will charge you for it, but it’s more than affordable) During our 1 week stay, they changed the sheets, towels and cleaned the rooms once. The host was super friendly and helpful! You could contact them for assistant at any time via WhatsApp. I would definitely recommend booking this place! Just make sure it’s close to wherever you wanna go to or whatever you wanna see. Because commuting can be a bit of a hassle due to traffic and distance.

I can leave the keys there whenever I leave. So I don't lose it. We rented several rooms in Pines suites because we are staying with other friends and families. Compared to their room, this is the best in terms of ambiance and set up. It looks very spacious. The vibes is very good. Really clean.

I had a great experience at this homestay. The owner was very accommodating and even accepted my late request, which I truly appreciated. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Location is also convenient—quiet but still close to Tagaytay spots.

Almost everything. The hostess was amazing. She was very nice and helpful and generous. Gave me a fruit basket and on my last morning, a delicious breakfast. The room is very comfortable. The TV options were good and there was an HDMI port so I could connect my laptop to the TV. WiFi was generally good with only occasional brief interruptions so was able to get a lot of work done on my photos while I was there. Very happy with the experience.

The unit was nicely decorated and had a lot of usable space. Lheny and her family provided excellent service throughout our stay. They were easy to talk to and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and hassle free as possible. I would definitely recommend a stay in their unit.
