Very clear guidelines and information about the area, etc. Things that we thought were kind of nice to have, even though we didn’t really need them were the spare toothbrush in case somebody forgot theirs, there were K cups, available and creamer, which you don’t always find in Airbnb‘s and VRBO. Bathrooms were very clean lots of towels available, and beach towels. Not that we use them as it is December. Soap, shampoo and body wash in dispensers. The washer dryer is a plus for anybody staying for an extended stay.
