All you need to do is create a Booking.com account, then add a credit card for receiving rewards. Go to "Settings" to add/update your credit card info. 30–60 days after checking out of your stay, we’ll send the reward to your card. Don’t have an account? Create one here.

Properties that do offer Pay Now often support other online payment methods like iDeal or PayPal. Look for the Pay Now option on the Final Details page (right before finalizing your booking).

No, rewards can't be applied retroactively. They can only be used towards new bookings.
You can only use one reward offer per booking. However, you can combine it with Genius discounts and deals on our website.
If you cancel a booking that was made using an offer, the offer value won't be given to you, and you won't be able to reuse your unique link or code.
