Everything was perfect, like heaven. Every little detail is thought of to make you relax. The outside kitchen is such an added bonus. The pool is so enjoyable. The area is amazing, such a fantastic tranquil walking area around the house.

We had an amazing experience staying in this place. What sets this place apart is not just the accommodations themselves, but the beautiful surroundings on the edge of the Sierras Subbéticas. We stayed in a beautiful old "cortijo" that was situated amidst a vast expanse of olive groves. One of the highlights was a stunning pool that provided breathtaking views. Furthermore, there are two outdoor dining areas where you can enjoy your own meal or savor the delectable dishes prepared by Cathryn - La Directora de Cortija La Presa. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway away from busy tourist cities, this destination is the perfect place for you. Initially, we intended to use this location as a starting point to explore Cordoba and Granada. However, we were pleasantly surprised by its charm and decided to stay here instead. We spent our time exploring the nearby small towns. We would love to come back here when it's less hot and finally explore Cordoba and Granada.... Regarding practical matters, our apartment, which was designed for four people, was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning functioned efficiently and quietly, but we hardly needed to use it. During the night, we could open the windows and indulge in the fresh air outside. Moreover, the apartment was immaculately clean.

Quiet little house in a very remote village. As it is in a dead end street there is almost no traffic. If you're looking for peace and a super quiet place in the middle of the olive orchards this is the place to go. The house is part of a small cluster of houses inhabited by very friendly locals. We didn't use it because it was still to chilly in May, but for hot summer days there is a nice swimming pool. The car can be parked close to the house entrance under the trees in the shade. The owners are a super friendly couple. The owner also provided us with many nice fruits like medlars, mandarins and lemons. Although it is very remote you can still use your mobile phone data on the Spanish network and the provided Wifi works fine if you don't need super high speeds.

very private, nicely decorated and stocked. The hosts are great! I also like that they stock some foods there because it is a remote location. But that is also why we chose this beautiful Villa.
