FranceThe cook house is a wonderfully spacious, stylish and comfortable place to stay. There were lovely views across the fields, a marvellous sunrise for the Summer Solstice, and the sunsets each evening were awesome. We loved exploring the local area, There were good walks around fishing lakes and through woodland (even for seniors) and several National Trust places to visit in the locality. We enjoyed the welcome pack. We wish we could have extended our stay. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Thank you. We had a lovely break in this fantastic holiday cottage. We can definitely recommend.

AustraliaI was in awe when I arrived, the building is absolutely beautiful and the grounds you can explore are stunning. The instructions to enter the property are easy and the room itself, well it took my breath away! The bathroom was incredibly clean and the pillows/doona were great. The tea/coffee area with a mini fridge and snacks was a great touch. The little museum inside is a must see and using the secret door in the garden wall to access town!

AustraliaAs it is an old barn retrofitted, into an upstairs level, if you are tall like me, you have to be mindful of the low cross beams - I banged my head several times. It's a little quirky, but otherwise it's an excellent location, the hosts are friendly and I would stay there again.
