Proper indie pub on the canal, run by locals. Room was comfy, shower was fantastic. The common area for rooms was a bonus. The breakfast options were generous and delicious. We really enjoyed meeting friends for a long pub lunch, and then waving goodbye as we headed to our room. The beautiful snowy canal the next morning was a lovely bonus. We would love to return for one of the nights of music.
