Annie and Jim were very friendly and helpful but you had perfect privacy. A welcome basket with Annie’s delicious spelt bread and Jim’s plum jam was a lovely touch. The Folly is small but beautifully thought out and the garden is full of birds including woodpeckers, jays and a bullfinch. A perfect spot to relax on the loungers and read a book. Close to Weobley, a gentle walk away, which has a couple of pubs and cafes including The Green Bean which does great snacks.

The location was great - beautiful, peaceful countryside. The cottage was delightful, well-presented and very well-equipped. Our hosts, Moira and David, were available both beforehand and during our stay if we needed anything (and were always very friendly if we were around at the same time) but otherwise left us to enjoy our very relaxing stay without being too intrusive.
