Our host was very gracious and easily contactable. The location is in a very quiet, rural farmland but still only 4 minutes drive to a local pub that serves good food Wednesday through Sunday (lunch). The bedrooms are quite large and the cottage has two bathroom (Ground and first floor). The main bed was very comfortable. There is a working Carbon Monoxide monitor next to the boiler. Logs are provided daily for the fireplace but we didn't use it as the central heating was very good. Water pressure and hot water are both excellent. Walking maps are provided but the walks aren't accessible from the cottage (have to drive to Newtown. Wonderful views down the valley and of rural farmland out of the windows. There is a well placed desk for laptop access in the kitchen.

Very clean and tidy , supplied things we forgot to bring (eg salt ,pepper, oil) . 15 mins walk to the nearest shop and games room 30 second walk . Loved it ! Went the extra mile to provide us with a good stay
