The proximity to the beach was wonderful as it was a 3 min walk. The house was airy and well lit. The pool on ground floor at the entrance was lovely. The lounge area next to it was also well thought. The kitchen was well equipped. There were multiple hammocks upstairs in the rooms and the balcony.

The host Muriel took very good care of us. She helped quickly with any issue we had. The house is very pretty and quiet. It’s a good place to rest for a couple of days during the trip around Yukatan. There are some nice restaurants nearby.

I really wanted to like the property as it looked so beautiful from the pictures, but it fell short of our expectations. In terms of what we liked; the furnishings in the apartment were beautiful & the aircon + wifi worked well. The rooms were spacious & everything was clean. The host was very helpful and helped to get into the accommodation. She answered all our questions immediately and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The pool at the patio is really nice. The sea is just one block away. The street is very calm. Overall, a very good choice for the money.

Basic beach house, great location a block from the beach and a block from the main part of town. Wonderful outdoor space, big pool and a huge terrasse upstairs with nice views. Indoors: good A/C, very comfortable extra-large bed, the bathroom is tiny. The kitchen/living area is comfortable for 2 people but could be crowded for 4. It’s also dark but probably it helps to keep it cool for quite a while in the morning, no need to run the A/C right away. The kitchen is well equipped as far as utensils, glasses, plates and a few pots and pans. Otherwise, it’s a no frills, no amenities.
