Villa el Arca is a comfortable, very clean accommodation for a reasonable price. We felt safe and well taken care of. The supply of fresh water and regular housekeeping was wonderful. It is located only steps to the gorgeous swimming beach, restaurants and bus to town (15 min; 13p). The pool and property were well mantained, always beautifully clean. Quiet in the evenings. We hope to come back!

Luis, owner of Villas San Sebastián provides excellent service to his guests. Your room is cleaned daily and the grounds are beautifully maintained. There is an outdoor gas grill and kitchen area as well as the kitchen in our villa. You will not be disappointed by selecting this property.

our room was spectacular, with a panoramic view of Zihua, outdoor shower, plunge pool. Location was good, close to the best beaches. loved the common space and the restaurant. Bed was comfy and room was very clean. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I can’t say enough about this place and the staff, made our trip. We loved having coffee in the morning and looking down on the water watching the local fishers dive for their catch of the day. Also liked, it was adults only.

The infinity pool was pristine and the room we stayed in was exceptionally clean. Staff were nice and extremely helpful. They offered maid service almost every day (most places don't do that anymore). The amenities (dishes, silverware, cups/glasses, towels, etc) weren't fancy but completely sufficient for the two of us. They even had cable tv that offered a number of channels with english speaking programs. We had fun bing watching NCIS.

The view from our room was incredible and the pool and garden area are gorgeous, the perfect place to cool down after a day exploring. Just a few minutes walk from Playa la Ropa and lots of great restaurants, this was a great location for our home base in Zihuatanejo.
