We loved the scenery and deep quiet we experienced at Natures Way Farm. The cottage was very confortable and we loved the terrasse with roof ! Also, we enjoyed the generous breakfast at the farm stall (not included) with the beautifull view on the garden and the calves.

Valmont estate is picture perfect with the most beautiful horses adding to the tranquility. We stayed in the Dam Cottage which was very cutely decorated and snug. Its centrally located and very close to Natures Valley with a beautiful unspoilt beach and hike, and just off the N2 so a short drive into Plett for a meal or tsitsikamma for some adventure sports. This is the perfect place to rest and rejuvenate. The staff are lovely and super helpful.

We had a delightful stay at Four Fields Farm. We used the apartment as a base while exploring the nature's valley area, which is only a short drive away. We really enjoyed the tranquil setting, the landscaping, the birds, the fresh cut flowers, the well-equipped kitchen, and Ilze's sound advice. Would gladly return.

Our stay at Lily Pond Country Lodge was an exceptional experience and undoubtedly the highlight of our trip to South Africa. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the peaceful setting and the tasteful and elegant decor of the lodge. Waking up to the sound of birds and falling asleep under a starry sky while enjoying discreet luxury was a real delight. Thanks to their valuable advice, we were able to explore the region in a unique and authentic way. Their in-depth knowledge of the area and their sense of hospitality greatly contributed to the quality of our stay. Breakfasts were a treat every morning, with a variety of fresh and delicious choices. As for the dinners, they were simply sublime, a big thank you to Randall for his culinary talents. Each meal was an experience in itself, combining local flavors and creative touches. We also enjoyed the moments spent with the servers, whose humor and friendliness added a light and joyful note to our evenings. In summary, Lily Pond Country Lodge is a true gem, offering both a relaxing and luxurious experience. Whether it was comfort, ambiance, or gastronomy, everything was perfect. We highly recommend this lodge to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in South Africa.

We found everything we might need in the cottage like plates, pots, pans, pillows, blankets, etc. The cottage itself is a modest place with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a nice view, a parking space in the garage. The hosts are such a friendly and lovely couple. The host made us very delicious breakfast and brought it early as we asked the previous night. We enjoyed our stay a lot, it definitely was a good value for money, quite close to Nature's Valley. There's also a supermarket nearby.

The owners were wonderful, including their two dogs. They seemed to know everyone in the vicinity and got me a dinner reservation on short notice the first night. Recommendations were very helpful and informative. Playing guitar on a platform by the pond at night with stars, satellites and dogs was wonderful.

Great location if one wants to visit the Elephant Sanctuary (and/or the Monkeypark/Birds of Eden). Super friendly and helpful staff!
