Big bathrooms, good fireplace, very good living space. A few board games available. More than sufficient kitchen utensils for baking and cooking. Good appliances. 1km away from Drakenberg Gardens & KZN Wildlife . Excellent hiking trails and good cycling options (minus the rain). Supply store a short walk/ drive down the road. Wonderful, friendly ladies to clean and assist with some needs. 2 beautiful friendly dogs, who might join you on a walk☺️ Cute little field mice might be spotted in the house, harmless but hide your food.

The area is nothing short of spectacular!! Rhino Peak pokes you in the eye it is so close. Numerous hiking options abound. The rondavel is cozy. The thatch roof and the structural framing supporting it is a great study as you lay in the comfortable double bed. The kitchen island/bar is well stocked with any and all items you need to self cater. The shower provides an endless supply of hot satisfying water. My wife and I have been traveling for a month in South Africa and this is the best yet. The hosts are generous with thier time and helped us plan our hikes and even led us on an excursion into the National Park.
