The villa is beautiful, very high quality building and very spacious and fully equipped with 3 rooms and a beautiful shower for every room, a full kitchen and living room and a washing machine. They thought of everything from the sheets, to the towels and the cleaning material, the fille equipped kitchen was excellent. Everything is brand new. The pool is amazing and the surrounding is very peaceful. It's everything you need for a homey get away from home. The staff was very mindful and kind and helped with our queries when we said one of the faucets was leaking they got a plumber to fix it instantly.

The host is one of the most responsible I have ever met, he was helping us with everything we needed, answering all the requests we had, recommending us places and activities and made our holiday unforgettable! I will definitely come back in the summer season!

Everything was wonderful. Location was fantastic, 10 minutes walk from the beautiful Nissi beach, and 10 minutes drive from the fantastic WaterWorld water park and Ayia Napa harbour. The villa was lovely, clean and very comfortable, with A/C in every room, 3 toilets and 2 showers. The beds were great, there was a huge TV in the spacious living room, and the pool was lots of fun. There are loads of restaurants that deliver to the villa through Walt, and a great one with a huge playground for the kids midway to the beach. Several Supermarkets around too. And the landlord was so helpful, kind and available for any request. Totally enjoyed it, amazing value for money, am already recommending it to our friends and family.

Located in Protaras, Fotini Villas features a private outdoor pool with a furnished sun terrace and BBQ facilities. The villa offers everything you need and a little more. The garden area is well shaded, providing a nice comfort on a hot day. The villa is located just a short walk away from two lovely beaches, and the nearest one has a nice bar offering a good selection of food and drinks. A gated garage turned up to be a special benefit, as you can get your car although warm, but not roasting, when you embark for your next journey in the morning. Our host Dimitris was very helpful with all the queries about the property and local amenities, he even got the parasol in the garden replaced for a newer one midway into our stay. Visitors should be aware that the villa is located in a bigger complex of villas, most of them rented out, and you cannot reasonably expect a secluded serenity, but for us that was more or less self-evident at the time of booking.

The villa had everything we needed for a comfortable stay: fully equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms, a beautiful private pool, and a lovely outdoor area for relaxing or having a BBQ. The location was ideal — close enough to the beaches, restaurants, and nightlife of Ayia Napa, but still peaceful and private for when we wanted to unwind. We particularly loved how quiet the neighborhood was at night. The host was fantastic — very welcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. They made check-in and check-out smooth and even provided local tips for restaurants and attractions. Overall, this villa exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect choice for a family holiday or a trip with friends. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ayia Napa!
