It's a big villa with coffee maker, microwave, fridge, TV, 3 bathrooms and it can fit 7-8 people. The rooms were clean. Outside we had a small terrace with sunbeds, BBQ so you can sit outside, relax and watch the stars at night if you want. The host was very friendly and helpful and he gave us directions where to find good food and good value sunbeds on the beach, he also gave us a cute present at check-out. The property is walking distance to the beach and it has a private parking. It's a good place stay for a larger group of people. We enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely come back with some of our friends. Not a downside but a suggestion for the host to install longer shower curtains to avoid puddles in the bathroom. You can catch awesome sunsets on the beach in front of the villas so the property merits its name.

Located in Paliouri Village, the awarded Kappa Resort offers fully equipped and elegantly decorated units. The yard has everything for relaxation: comfortable sofas, a kitchen, sun loungers, a separate barbecue area, and a separate lounge area. The house is as comfortable as it can be. The house owner deserves special thanks for his care and quick attention to all questions. We plan to come back again.

The house is modern, clean and very well equipped. The beach is a minute walk away. The town centre and supermarkets are 5 minutes walking distance. Compliments to Elena for being a wonderful host and going the extra mile to ensure we would have the best experience. It's a well deserved 10/10 rating.

Very comfortable villa..home away from home. Plenty of space, comfy beds and was so great to have a washing machine! Quiet neighbourhood with Siviri about 6 min away with restaurants and shops. Was lovely to visit and come back for a peaceful siesta. Elani beach is a 2 min drive or 15min walk. Highly recommended if you have a family/group. Efi and her husband were available for any questions. Would definitely go back if we visit up that way again! 😀

The location allowed us to see how the Greeks live and explore the wonderful town with its wonderful and wild beaches.

We spent 7 nights in the KG apartment, the apartment offers beautiful bedrooms located in the basement, they are a bit narrow, it has a spacious and beautiful living room with a small kitchen, but it offers you a very good internet connection, there is a very large balcony in the apartment, everything is new and clean and tidy, the owner is very kind, thank you K.G apartment, see you again in the next visit
