The house is beautiful, and the room was beutiful and comfortable as well. Bottom line is - generous hosts and a beautiful place to stay in after a few days of an intense hike in the Wicklow Way.

Views are stunning and the rooms are modern, but very natural in style. The rooms aren't big, but the use of space was really well considered. The owners are so professional in terms of communication and provide you with a huge amount of helpful information through their online portal. Ben (one of the owners) was so friendly and even gave my wife a gift of some chocolates as I had mentioned in passing that it was her birthday. It was a really lovely touch and I was so impressed with how he and his wife run the accommodation.

It was great being able to do it under our own steam without having to arrange meeting up with anyone, as our travel didn't exactly go to plan :-D. It's a lovely property. Super clean. Cosy living room. Big enough kitchen - perfect for assembling simple meals. The garden was bigger than we expected - the pictures don't do it credit. Very comfy roomy bedrooms with good storage and power sockets. And quiet - even though on a busy-ish road - so good window insulation. A comfortable temperature (we were there early March and the weather was a bit fresh) and easy to heat. Electric shower, so not dependent on the boiler being warm for hot water. Loads of supplies like hand towels, soaps and washing up and cleaning materials. Good stable wifi and the full range of streaming channels and TV. GREAT location. You can walk anywhere in Wexford town easily. And the massive Tesco supermarket just 2 minutes away (also handy for a cheeky bit of overnight parking, but hopefully we spent enough in the store to make it worth their while).
