Located in Tertenìa in the Sardinia region, Dependance has a garden. The property is spacious with a large enough bathroom and patio / garden / yard. There is a fully equipped kitchen, which makes the place suitable for longer stays. The host is super responsive and friendly. The self check-in process is very straightforward. A parking spot is available either right in front of the building or inside the small yard, but mind that the doors do not open wide enough and this would be a struggle. There is a grocery shop a few minutes away on foot and a bigger supermarket a few minutes away with a car. Tertenia is a good starting point to explore the eastern part of the island as there are two sea ports in relatively close proximity.

The hotel was more of a commune really. It's spread out around the grounds. Like private little apartments but close enough to feel involved. The main house is the restaurant for diner and breakfast. Where all the guest would gather.

Location is great - although in a calm residential area, everything (restaurants, bars and shops) is within walking distance (less than 5 minutes). Many beautiful beaches nearby, not reachable on foot.
