The staff were excellent, very friendly approachable and gave us a warm welcoming. The view of fuji from our villa was exactly like described and pictured! It was spacious and the highlight for us was the projector to watch movies late into the night.

The natural setting is simply magical, the location is ideal, the facilities are spotless and fully equipped, and they provide all the guidance you could wish for to explore the area. We were incredibly fortunate to meet their wonderful family, to share long conversations, and to exchange thoughts and dreams about life and the world. We are deeply touched and grateful for their generosity in opening their hearts to us, for introducing us to their rich culinary traditions, and for showing us the strength and unity of their family. We sincerely hope time continues to inspire them to share the authenticity and vibrant spirit of their land — the very spirit that captures the hearts of all who come to discover Japan. Lovely apartment with 2 bedrooms, did not realise it is pet-friendly so thankfully we do not have any allergies. It’s a short drive to the combini, able to see Mt. Fuji which is convenient as it gives a good indication what we could see before we set off from the accommodation. Free parking right in front of the unit.

Looked exactly like photos, clean, many heaters to keep you warm, complimentary snacks and coffee is a plus, with washer and dryer, amazing view just too bad we unable to enjoy much due to rainy days, i got see swam flew by the lake just infront of the house, chill at veranda is relax. Overall is good experience 😀

Nastanitev Fuji View and Spa Resort TSUMUGI Kawaguchiko je v mestu Fujikawaguchiko, 7,3 km od znamenitosti jezero Kawaguchi ter 10 km od znamenitosti zabaviščni park Fuji-Q Highland, in nudi... The view was incredible! Hosts were responsive when we had questions, but for the most part all amenities were easy to understand. We did laundry with no issues. We were able to walk through the neighborhood to a small market for snacks and stumbled on a small, local shrine that was quiet and amazing. Hosts were also able to arrange for a taxi for us in the morning to get to the bus station when we couldn't preschedule using uber or gotaxi, otherwise easy to get transportation!

The best place I chose during my trip to Japan! It was incredibly clean, exceptional, and offered a direct view of Mount Fuji from the third floor (I stayed in the “Suite P”). Everything was perfect, and I highly recommend it to everyone.
