Localizado em Jambiani, o Amka Villa Issa House dispõe de um restaurante e acesso direto à praia. O terraço amplo oferece vista para o Oceano Índico e há Wi-Fi gratuito em toda a propriedade. Escolhemos um dos quartos superiores e a vista é linda, com um terraço grande e rodeado de palmeiras. Exatamente o ambiente que procuravamos em Zanzinbar. Está a 1 minuto de uma praia maravilhosa. Foi o sítio em Zanzinbar que mais gostamos e sonhamos voltar. Também estava tudo muito limpo. Além da limpeza, da localização e do bom pequeno almoço, destaco a simpatia dos funcionários e de Issa (o gerente) que nos deu uma ajuda preciosa. A companhia em que viajamos não enviou a nossa mala e o Issa telefonava para saber quando iria chegar, o que nos permitiu disfrutar dos primeiros dias em Zanzinbar sem preocupações. Dispondo de área de praia privativa e vista para o mar, o RoRi Private Luxury Villas é uma villa recentemente renovada, localizada em Bwejuu, a poucos passos da Praia de Bwejuu. The location with direct access on to a beautiful beach plus 5 mins taxi from Paje, where there’s plenty going on. The staff were all lovely. Ricardo was so quick to respond on everything, helpful and informative as he’s been in Zanzibar for so long. The breakfast was amazing delivered straight to our door. We had the private chef option, which was delicious and very reasonably priced. The villa was big and cool. Everything worked. The pool was lovely and we were very relaxed there with our 2 kids (a baby and a child)! Thanks to the team

This is a great place to have a relaxing vacation with friends and/or family. You have the intimacy of an entire house and the benefit of your private pool suitable for 6-8 people, with the confort of the cleaning service and pool mentainance. 3 minutes away you will find a bakery with good breakfast options and some small shops with fruits, vegetables, drinks etc. Kikadini House and Jambiani are a great option to have an authentic Zanzibar experience

Huge villa with private pool, volleball court and beach hut (with bedroom). Excellent service and communication with manager Callister. Houskeeping cleaning the villa perfectly every dag, extremely helpful and friendly. Gardener keeping the huge property beautiful. And a small group of masai keeping the property safe, always kind and attentive. Our group of 8 (two families with teenagers) could not have chosen a better place to stay.

Had a fantastic stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The facility was clean spacious and had gorgeous views right next to the ocean.

My parents and I spent 3 weeks in Zanzibar. We were extremely lucky to choose this place to stay! We loved everything: the beautiful stylish villa, its owner Raphael who gave us endless support and care, Juma and Issa who work with Raphael, the location that is just steps away from the beach, restaurants and local little shops with water and fruits, our friendly neighbors in the village and Maasai warriors on the beach. We will come back! THE VILLA Comfortable and really beautiful, decorated with great taste. The photos do not make a justice - we were awed! There is a patio with comfy furniture that we constantly used. The house is spacious, airy and bright. It has everything you possibly need – good AC in every room, high ceilings and big windows, well separated rooms means that guests do not bother each other, kitchen with everything for cooking, awesome living room perfect for gatherings and board games. There is even a little work table. Bathrooms are huge w/ fast water heaters and quality new washer, iron and drying racks. All the beds are very comfy and equipped with mosquito nets RAHPAEL's TEAM In a nutshell: we were covered and had zero problems. Raphael is awesome and has big heart! He is adventurous, knowledgeable, truly hospitable, kind, honest. He was always available online to answer all questions big and small and helped us out in many situations which is so important for a foreigner without Swahili. Issa, the young house keeper, leaves next to the villa and invisible, but appears magically and solves everything in house in a heartbeat. Juma drove us around multiple times and organized a great tour in Stone Town and Jozani. He is awesome driver and storyteller! Ask him about history, local spices and remedies
