Formosa Valley is a beautiful and well-maintained vacation community. The gated entrance provides an added sense of safety, and the guidebook provided at check-in was extremely helpful. It clearly explained how to access the property, available amenities, and checkout procedures. The home itself was quiet, spacious, and very comfortable for our group of five. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen and common areas were absolutely stunning, and the private pool in the backyard was a nice touch. We also loved having access to the large pool at the Clubhouse. The property was spotless and looked exactly like the online photos. The location is excellent. It is close to Walmart, Publix, and both the Disney and Universal parks. The shower water pressure was incredible! They also provide a small starter kit with essentials such as trash bags, dishwasher pods, a sponge, and dish soap. If you're staying for an extended period, you may want to bring or purchase a few extra items, but our 5-day stay was perfect. Maria was very easy to communicate with through the booking app. When we had an issue with the TVs in the common area, maintenance promptly came out and resolved it. I highly recommend staying at Formosa Valley for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable vacation experience.

When we arrived, there was Christmas music playing to welcome us! Nice touch! Was very clean, and I felt like we walked into a model home! The themed rooms are adoreable, beds comfy, great location! About 12 miles from Disney, close to shopping, 7-11 just down the road. Perfect place for our family Christmas at Disney!!

It was very comfortable. I liked the bunk beds for the kids they enjoyed it. All in all I enjoyed it i'd book it again in the future.

Originally, I thought it was a 2 bedroom when I booked, so we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find out it was a 3 bedroom home. The house was spacious for our family of 3 and VERY clean. The bed in the master was so comfortable!! Best sleep I've had on vacation in a while. About an 18-20 minute drive to Universal. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt safe in the area. The shops and restaurants nearby met all of our travel/dining needs. The owner was informative and prompt to respond to our inquiries. The screened in pool area was large and would be great for summer bookings! Highly recommended and we intend to rent here again!

We loved that the condo was new and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The condo is in a great location and we felt safe and secure in this neighborhood. It was easy to find parking right in front of the unit and we brought two cars so that was a nice benefit. I like that blackout curtains are in each room. We love the Disney rooms and how they were setup. We had a quite and relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again!
