Such an incredible stay/experience! From the beginning to the end of our 5 day stay, everything was so amazing. The staff were so friendly and fun, they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and had/did everything we wanted. The food was amazing!!! The complimentary breakfast options were delicious, dinners were exceptional, and the drinks were great. They even delivered right to our room when we wanted. On our last night we had BBQ and a show of traditional Balinese dances which was wonderful. We had a full-day tour and a half-day tour that they set up for us, they took us wherever we wanted to go. Their Ubud centre drop-off was super convenient and they picked us up whenever we were ready. Our villa was GORGEOUS. We could not have picked a more pretty place to stay. We had turn down service every afternoon and evening and the pool was pristine. The spa was amazing. The girls are so great at what they do. We enjoyed the spa so much, we got 3 massages in 5 days; one of which was pool side. And the wifi was great. I have only positive things to say about our stay here, it was lovely through and through. Would recommend, 10/10!
