The familiyowned Masseria is some 20 minutew away from Syracuse, in s cosy old house and garden with nice pool. The rooms are located in the former workers houses, they are very well equipped and clean. It‘s an ideal place to start trips to the surrounding area. The breakfast was outstanding, mostly self-made sweet and salty bakery. Very polite and helpful staff. We‘d love to come back!

Set in a renovated farmhouse, Agriturismo Masseria Sant' Elia offers country-style rooms with air conditioning and it is 10 km from Siracusa. Our host was so lovely, the garden and pool is gorgeous. We loved sitting on the terrace in the morning watching the children hunt for lizards and playing.

La Perciata is surrounded by unspoilt nature in Sicily, just a 15-minute drive from Siracusa's historic centre. Its large garden includes a swimming pool. The owners were excellent and very welcoming. It was such a beautiful peaceful location we did not want to leave. The room was great and there was an impeccable view from our terrace. Breakfast was great with good options and the parking was comfortable too. I can't not mention the beautiful animals that made our stay even better. Everything was just perfect and it was the perfect way to relax. Room was comfortable and always cleaned daily, the ACS worked very well and our room was always cool. I wish I could add more photos of the property however for some reason I don't have this option.

Masseria Case Damma is a 15th-century manor house set in the countryside 10 km outside Siracusa. It features a traditional Sicilian courtyard, pool and a garden with trees that are 100 years old. Our stay at Casse Damma was a respite after a very hard time, and every aspect of it was a joy for us. The owner Carmelo is a kind man with a nice sense of humor who also cares about making his guests comfortable and who seeks to give them an experience that they will remember for a long time, and that is not to mention that the oranges from his orchard are some of the best that I've had in my entire life! A bonus was that Carmelo arranged for his talented and warm mother-in-law Nora to give us a cooking class for a VERY reasonable price, given that we learned to cook a four-course Sicilian meal (starters+primi+secondi+dessert) -- it was like cooking with the Sicilian grandma that I never had! The location is also very good -- it is far enough outside of Siracusa that it has a nice rural feel, while being close enough to Siricusa and Fontane Beach to get away for a morning, afternoon, or evening after a 15 minute drive. The breakfast that Carmelo provided was also very nice, and Stefania was very pleasant in serving us.
