Welcoming, polite and accommodating staff and clean, comfortable rooms. We had an issue with our hot water on the first night which was attended to immediately by staff and rooms changed promptly. Staff were helpful with food and shopping recommendations near by. Thank you to Michael at the front desk who was exceptionally helpful to us! We will be back.

Brynx Haven completely exceeded all my expectations and was by was by far one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Ghana. Good location, superb services, and helpful staff. The complimentary bottle of wine was such a nice touch. The modern room was clean and well equipped and the bed the most comfortable I've ever slept in.  I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The location is a bit outside Elmina town, but close enough to walk. It also provides a panoramic view of town and castle. The a-la-carte breakfast menu was a pleasant surprise, and food was overall good and tasty. It's a new place which is beautifully furnished and decorated. Our room had a small balcony, which was perfect to watch the sunrise.

The room was clean and the place looked neat and simple. It actually exceeded my expectations. All the needed amenities were there and the receptionist was professional.

The food and hospitality was amazing and I enjoyed the consistency of the internet and hot water and they power went out and I never knew because the generator kicked in so fast and backed it right up. Excellent stay!!!

Lovely hotel, well maintained, I have to say it's Great to have a proper flat screen smart TV in a room, that I can log into netflix etc with. The price is reasonable compared to others that offer a lot less. Very clean, Great WiFi, great AC, bed mattress is super firm and comfortable just the way I love it.
