Royal desert camp is offering accommodations in Al Raka. There is free private parking and the property has paid airport shuttle service. Great location out in the desert. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable hosts. Accommodation was really nice, being able to sit on the balcony was really peaceful with great views. Food was also very good. The early evening walk in the desert (which is free) meant being able to see a fantastic desert sunset. Also did the trip to an authentic bedouin camp on the second day which was really interesting and gave a great insight into the culture. Would highly recommend a stay here at royal desert camp.

I had the pleasure of staying at Koofan Heritage Hotel during my recent trip to Salalah, and I can confidently say it was one of the highlights of my journey. From the moment I stepped in, I felt immersed in the warmth of Omani culture and heritage. The atmosphere of the hotel is deeply authentic, and it offers a unique sense of peace and comfort that is hard to describe but impossible to forget. The quality of sleep was exceptional , the room was calm, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the natural surroundings made it feel like I was in a serene oasis away from the modern world. The subtle fragrance of natural materials like clay, Luban, wood, and stone gave the space a grounding and peaceful aroma that made me feel instantly at home. It’s rare to find a place where the building itself tells a story, and at Koofan, every wall, texture, and scent speaks of tradition and harmony with nature. A special thanks goes to Mr. Chouaib, whose hospitality, professionalism, and genuine kindness made my stay even more memorable. The entire staff was attentive and welcoming, but Mr. Chouaib truly stood out for his story telling with a personal touch and dedication. Without a doubt, I will reconsider Koofan Heritage Hotel for my next trip to Salalah. If you’re sick from star hotels experiences like myself! Go for it and thank me later!

The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The ambiance was peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. Additionally, the service was prompt, and any requests were handled with professionalism and a smile. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay. I will definitely be returning!

Set in Shatti Al Qurum Beach Area in Muscat, W Muscat features an outdoor swimming pool. All the rooms come with air conditioning and a flat screen TV with satellite channels. We wanted some peace and quiet and this is exactly what we got: a lovely, spacious room away from the hustle and bustle. A terrace with a sea view. Comfortable beds. Friendly, professional staff. Unbeatable location. We felt very well taken care of and could have stayed longer, both at the W and in Muscat. Special thanks to Joel and Daniela for making our stay a fun one.

Ahmed's Al Shuruq Stay is located around the beautiful mountains in the quaint little village of Al Hamra. Let me start with how he is an excellent, gem of a host to all the guests, he treats everyone like family! He welcomed us very warmly into our room which was named after Misfat Al Abriyeen. It was a very well furnished, spacious and comfy room that was actually prettier in person than in the photos! The bathroom was neat and the beds were comfortable. All the amenities were readily available, there was even a kitchen accessible to all guests. Throughout the stay, Ahmed was only one WhatsApp Message away. He was incredibly helpful and also drove us to show his village and even went the extra mile to take care of my sister who fell ill during the journey. The stay is very close to grocery shops, fuel station and restaurants and over all is a very safe place. Al Hamra is a beautiful, calm and cozy place nestled between the mountains and has the kindest people. I loved it there and will definitely visit again! I would 10/10 recommend Al Shuruq Stay, it has the best location, rooms and host in the town! 🫶
