Allowed early check in. The day we left we had a very late flight and asked for a late check out which was granted and the check out time, 2 PM, was very helpful. We also were able to store our luggage while we went out to do some sightseeing since we had such a late flight. This was VERY convenient.

We didn’t have cash and our cards couldn’t work in the ATM so the concierge always helped out with the taxis and we could pay with the card machine at the property that really made our stay in Singapore easy .
