The hotel is new and clean. The rooms are stylish and cozy. The best part is they open up the 16 floor with some snacks and drinks for people who came earlier before the check in time. This is a great idea as most hotels just have the guests to wait at the lobby. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The hotel is also very close to the subway and night market.

Very professional and friendly staff, excellent breakfast, calming and relaxing hot springs, a private hot spring bath at our balcony with a magnificent view ( we stayed on 7th floor) was a bonus! The hotel provides a free bike rental and a free carpark, both very convenient for us. We did some shopping at their cosmetic minishop ( a herbal hand cream will remind me about this relaxing stay). Die Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich freundlich, und das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet! Dieses Hotel gehört definitiv zu meinen Top 3 Erlebnissen meiner Taiwan-Reise, und ich werde es meinen Freunden begeistert weiterempfehlen. Es entspricht absolut dem Standard, den man von einem Fünf-Sterne-Hotel erwartet! Besonders der Rezeptionist Alex war äußerst professionell und freundlich – ein großer Teil meiner Begeisterung für dieses Hotel ist ihm zu verdanken. Natürlich waren auch alle anderen Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Zum Schluss ein herzliches Dankeschön an das gesamte Team für die Wärme und Freundlichkeit!
