We had a birthday celebration with my spouse. The dedication of the hotel to meeting our expectations was just exceptional. Among others, they decorated the room to accommodate the theme and coordinated with external service providers to add to the decorations. The hotel and the surroundings is beautiful and there are many additional services one can tap into. Very much recommended.

CHAMADA GIRNE HOTEL&SPA fully meets its 5 stars, and I am glad that I chose this particular hotel.
I really liked everything: the magnificent building and the chic lobby with a grand piano, designer chandeliers. A beautiful, comfortable soundproof room with climate control, a chic bathroom, luxurious linens, huge LCD screens (78 channels in all major languages), a free safe and a rich mini-bar, also free (on the 1st day of stay). The beautiful design and magnificent cuisine of the restaurant, where soft romantic music sounds and bakers serve hot bread from the oven. And, of course, the warmest friendly attitude of the staff. I would like to thank the professional Guest Relations team: Kürşat, Özlem, Şevin, the bakers of the restaurant: Mehmet and Rabia, as well as the highly professional waiters and maitres d'o.
I was particularly pleased with the environmentally active attitude of the hotel: guests are kindly invited to take care of nature.

As a frequent traveler, I have visited many places—but never one quite like Cratos. From the very first moment, I experienced an exceptionally warm and welcoming atmosphere that far exceeded my expectations.
In addition to the excellent cuisine and outstanding accommodations, I would especially like to highlight the staff, who made me feel truly valued and at home throughout my stay. From Emine in housekeeping, to Dilan and Kate at the spa, and the front office team/management represented by Özlem Hanım and Yavuz Bey—each of them contributed to making this experience truly memorable.
Even a perfect 10 out of 10 would not do justice to the quality of this experience. I can wholeheartedly and warmly recommend a stay at Cratos to anyone seeking something truly exceptional.
