The employees were very kind. We loved to stay there. The city (Frankfurt am Main) is not the ideal place to stay, but the hotel made our trip much better. It is not in the center of the city, but it is absolutely fine, because with the tram we got there really fast. It is an quiet environment, not much noise from car e.g.

Hotel is in good location, a lot of bars and places to eat. It was noisy at night outside, but they offered the earplugs that we even didn't need, because we couldn't hear any noise with closed windows. The room was so cozy, clean. I looooved the design. The bed was so comfy. And they are dog friendly. I really enjoyed staying there and will recommend to others choose this hotel while staying in Frankfurt. P.S. we got some free croissants for our last day of honeymoon. It was really nice gesture ❤️
