Very friendly and responsive staff. I was kindly allowed to check-in 1 hour earlier without any additional fees. The location worked well for me. It was easy to get both to Florence downtown and the wineries area. The bus stop, supermarket, laundry, tobacco shop are next to the hotel. 2 restaurants just downstairs. The room was tidy and cozy.

The staff was incredible and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The room was perfect--beautiful, comfortable, and clean. I had a little accident in the city and the staff went out of their way to help, including sending an Italian doctor (at my request) to check on me and make sure I was OK. At every moment, every staff member was pleasant and eager to help. The breakfast was excellent, too. The location is great too, and even though it's a busy area, the room was quiet and pleasant.
