Excellent value for the money. The house itself is an attraction, the hosts own the house in nth generation and really care well for it. While the room to take breakfast (don't miss!) is telling family history, the bathroom was not only spacious but very modern and clean.

Hotel Torre Del Sud is in the modern part of Modica, close to the historic center of town. The guest rooms features a number of modern amenities, including free Wi-Fi access.

We stayed at La Piccola Locanda a few weeks ago and were heartbroken to have only booked it for one night. The place is so beautiful, with a lovely garden and the room is extremely comfortable - it even has a tv with Netflix, which was super nice to chill a bit after a long day and the shower was perfect. The people who work at the B&B are lovely and welcoming (a special thanks to the amazing Antonella ❤️). But the absolute cherry on the top was the breakfast! Hands down one of the best we ever had Italy! Abundant options (even salty ones like breads, cheese, prosciutto), fruits and homemade pastries. Do yourself a favor and stay at least 2 nights here! We can’t wait to come back!

Directly by the Center of town. Only 1 flight of steps. Very nice and helpful host. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean. I only stayed 1 night in Modica.

Convenient hotel right off the main road and easy to find with parking. The pool was really spacious and nicely arranged. Room was clean and functional, big bathroom. Liked having the small patio.

We had a pleasant stay. Bed very comfortable and hotel maintained very clean. Staff was excellent and always with a smile. Breakfast excellent and plentiful with many choices. Location great as it was right on the main corso. There is room service if needed.
