What an amazing place to stay! The hotel is beautiful with a wonderful attention to detail. Everything is intentional and looks-and smells-stunning! But the staff and owners are even better than the hotel-and that is really saying something. We were contacted before we arrived asking if they would have snacks and margaritas ready for us when we arrived. They also asked if we had any dietary restrictions. I am gluten free and they kindly made everything gluten free for me!! To include snacks, breakfast and fresh cookies in our room each day! They also made us dinner reservations for every night and made sure they knew I was gluten free. Now, to talk about my favorite part, other than the amazingly kind staff and owners. The breakfasts!!!! They were beyond delicious, and I am very picky. Each day was not only stunning to look at but some of the best food I have eaten in my life. I know their chef will have an amazing culinary career. The owners are so lucky to have found her! A huge thank you to the absolutely amazing staff and owners! I have never felt better taken care of in my life and was greeted with so much kindness!!! I hope I can come back soon!! *I’m terrible at taking pictures, so just know, they do not do the food or place justice

Owners (George & Sarah) and staff (Aron) were very helpful. The property is excellent. The breakfasts were innovative and delicious. The location was perfect for walking downtown or throughout the neighbourhood.

The three pools were lovely. The staff was amazing! They were very friendly and had great recommendations. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We even had an outdoor area. The room was quiet and walkable to many sights, restaurants ad shops.

The hotel is as beautiful as the pictures, maybe more so. Our best pictures from our time in Merida were of the interior of this hotel. Staff was really friendly and eager to help and to educate us. The area around the hotel is walkable, though right in front the sidewalk is very narrow. There are many restaurants and bars and shops near by.

Excellent location in Centro..with an abundance of great restaurants close by. Warm and welcoming staff, lovely rooms with very good beds and bedding. Beautiful grounds and pool area. Very nice to have an on-site restaurant with delicious food.
