United StatesVilla Moringa was a little difficult to find, but once we arrived we found the staff to be reasonably helpful in getting our selves settled and a plan in place for that evening. The room was a nice size but very strangely laid out - the bathroom was accessed through cabinet doors in a wardrobe which did not shut well from the inside (no handles inside). We were cold in our room as we thought we did not have a heater, but we traveled with people in another room and they were able to have some heating in their room so apparently there was something that would have helped. It would have been nice to have that pointed out to us when they gave the room tour - when the staff is walking around wearing their winter coats you would think that would be a bit more top of mind! The rooms were clean, and the experience was fine over all - nothing to rave about but adequate for our first night after long travel to arrive in Namibia. Breakfast was fine.
