We liked how the service was hospitable , food was great. Housekeeping did a great job. Clean gym , and facilities. Check in went smoothly despite us arriving fairly late. Gentleman up front was very kind and gave us a tour of downstairs .

was a little disappointed saturday morning..... I had paid for the breakfast to be included and was told it would be out by 7. i had to leave by 715 and nothing was out yet.... not even coffee.

Love how clean the room and hotel is. Lobby smells so good! It's perfectly located near UT and walking distance to restaurants esp if you're looking for Asian food. Self parking was only $21 a day which is good value compared to some hotels in downtown. Beds are comfy.
