El By The Sea Resort es un alojamiento de 4 estrellas situado en el centro de Port Douglas, junto a la playa Four Mile Beach y a solo 2 minutos a pie de los restaurantes de la calle Macrossan Street. En primer lugar me llamó la atención positivamente recibir un email con instrucciones para tomar la habitación porque estaba llegando después de la hora en que cierra la recepción. Me sentí muy bien porque se notaba una preocupación por el cliente. La arquitectura, los colores, y las instalaciones me parecieron muy lindas, cómodas y diferentes a lo que se acostumbra en un hotel. Me llamó la atención que todo el staff era femenino y la forma en que se presentan es muy cálida. La atención al día siguiente fue muy acogedora y a pesar que dejaba la habitación temprano me permitieron dejar mi equipaje, el auto estacionado y usar la piscina antes de retirarme. El Mission Beach Shores Queensland, situado en medio de jardines tropicales exuberantes, ofrece chalets de lujo de estilo balinés, ubicados frente a la playa de Mission Beach. This property exceeded our expectations in every way. Keri was there to greet us upon arrival. Private covered parking provided for each rental unit. As we were escorted to our bungalow, I couldn’t help but notice how perfect the landscape and beautiful the tropical plantings were. Upon entering our bungalow we were greeted by a covered patio area with table and chairs, to the side was a big open space with a large ledge, holding the electric barbecue. The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials including large refrigerator freezer, cooktop, toaster, electric skillet, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, pots, and pans dishes, utensils, glassware, silverware new sponge, dishsoap & tea towels.. The place was immaculate, in this hot tropical environment. There was no mold to be found in the shower, which was large and comfortable, nor the rest of the bungalow. The bed was large and extremely comfortable, with plenty of pillows and proper bedding. Four large bath towels provided, of course, the basic necessities of shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Keri was warm, welcoming, and extremely friendly without being in your business. I was happy to chat with her and find out some local information along with some wildlife suggestions. They have a beautiful booklet made for information regarding the area, restaurants, and contact information everything you could ask for. Also, they had a coin operated laundry towards the center. You couldn’t see it because of the beautiful landscape but it’s there in its own little separate covered area. How convenient for us to be able to catch up on our laundry while we were there. The location is right across the street from the beach with super easy access. And it’s in a residential area so it is nice and quiet. I highly recommend this place there is no reason to look any further stay here you won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic stay in the middle of a forest with animal refuge station. Very nice, large appartement with excellent bed. Super coffee machine and great wifi. Best stay we had in Australia

This 4-star resort is adjacent to the Great Barrier Reef, next to restaurants, shops and galleries. The 2 bedroom apartment is beautiful, clean and very spacious, with lots of attention to detail. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need and more. The swimming pool is amazing, a true oasis. The location is perfect, adjacent to Palm Cove Esplanade. To top it off, the two hosts Adrian and Elmira are so kind and welcoming, they made our stay an absolute delight. They even followed up after our stay to send a forgotten item to our address. Thank you.

Este complejo de lujo 5 estrellas está situado en primera línea de mar, a solo 15 minutos en auto del aeropuerto internacional de Cairns, y cuenta con acceso directo a la playa y pileta infinita. The views were good and the stay was excellent. The pool was nice since we couldn't swim at the beach for stingers. A cyclone and flooding near here had just occurred making the ocean water murky. The pool did get warm though which was disappointing in the hot temperatures. The convenience of restaurants within walking distance was a plus!

The location was perfect - very close to the beach and to town. The property was beautiful and very clean. Ken and Colin were fantastic and a great source of information and very helpful in terms of booking tours.
